Value of "harmony" in Chinese traditional culture

Abstract
In order to thoroughly understand the traditional harmony,the paper analyzes the value of Chinese traditional harmonious thoughts by text interpretation and modern expounding.It is exposed roughly as follows: harmony is Tao which is the origin of everything,harmony generates all things and harmony unifies the world,harmony is beauty.Because the traditional harmonious thought is always consistent with the request of the social development,so harmony has the modern significance.
