Abstract
To observe the clinical efficacy of self made Heart Nourishing and Blood Activating in the treatment of rapid arrhythmia,138 subjects were randomized into two groups:treatment group in which 92 cases were treated with this Decoction and control group in which 46 cases were treated with propafenone,both with a course of 4 weeks.Results:In treatment group the cure rate was 44 6% and the total effective rate was 91 3%;in control group the cure rate was 30 4% and the total effective rate was 76 1%,with striking differences ( P 0 05);in treatment group,the clinical symptoms are greatly improved and the blood lipid reduced obviously.It is revealed that the Decoction has positive effects in treating rapid arrhythmia.
