Abstract

The Shanhou gold deposit is located in the middle-south of the Zhaoping fault zone. It is a clastic zone mid-low temperature hydrothermal altered rock type deposit. The mineralization is featured by multistage and multiphase superimposing. According to the theory of structural superimposed halo, the model of structural superimposed halo of the Shanhou gold deposit has been made, and deep prospecting prediction has been done for No.1-1 and No.1-2 ore body. It is regarded that the former has weak mineralization in the deep, and the latter has strong mineralization and extended widely. Proven by the engineering, the prediction result fit the boring information.
