Abstract
The paper briefly introduces the complex electromagnetic environment and it concept,analyzes the relations of associated concepts between the complex electromagnetic environment and electromagnetic environmental effects,electromagnetic compatibility,spectrum management,etc,discusses the characteristics of the natural electromagnetic hazardous sources,such as electrostatic discharge and lightning,and the characteristics of the electromagnetic radiation sources,such as high-altitude electromagnetic pulse(HEMP),high power microwave(HPM) and ultra wideband(UWB),and investigates and analyzes the effects of the complex electromagnetic environment and its impacts on the weapon and equipment.
