Abstract
The best extracting solvent of extracting arecoline was found by a single-factor test in fresh areca,and then the three levels of the three factors orthogonal test was selected to attain the optimum extracting process parameters.And,the recovery conditions of the extracting solution were discussed.The paper proves 24 h extracting time and31 ℃ and 7 h shaking time of the optimization of extracting Areca arecoline.Extracting ratio of areca arecoline of can be reached to 0.174% by the technique.Different range of the arecoline in fresh areca was also studied in this experiment.And the content focused on the nucleus of fresh areca,and the recovery temperature of 50 ℃ was identified.
