Abstract
White-rot-fungus,which degrades artificial dyes to CO2 and H2O by special degrading enzymes or other approaches, can decolorize dyes effluent efficiently. The influence of some factors on the decolorization performance of Phanerochaete chrysosporium(one kind of white rot fungi),such as dyestuff concentration, the time of adding dyestuff,pH value, and roating culture is carried out and studied.
