Abstract
Objectives To further explore the occurrence and development mechanism of colon cancer. Methods Immunohistochemical technique was adopted to detect the protein expression level of Ezrin protein and Ki-67 protein in 69 cases of colon cancer, adjacent tumor tissues, and 23 lymph gland tissues, meanwhile the relationship between the expression of Ezrin and the clinical pathologic factors, the expression of Ki-67 protein were analyzed. Results Ezrin and Ki-67 protein positive expression rate in the normal mucosa significant were both lower than those in the tumor tissues and lymph gland tissues(all P0.01).The Ezrin protein positive expression rate was related with the differentiation,LNM,and serous infringed(all P0.01).Ezrin protein expression in colorectal tissues was positively correlated with Ki-67 protein expression in colon cancer,P0.05(r=0.317).Conclusions Ezrin protein play an important role in the occurrence and development of colon cancer. This study can provide basis for the molecular target therapy of colon cancer.
