Abstract
A definition of U_(r,s)(osp(1|2n)) was given,together with the Z_2 graded Hopf algebra structure.An isomorphim between U_(r,s)(osp(1|2n)) and D(B,B') was determined from the extended definition of the Drinfel'd quantum double.By constructing Scasimir operator,the center of U_(r,s)(osp(1|2)) was obtained.
