Background and Characteristics of the Concept of Socialist Rule of Law

This paper points out the concept of socialist rule of law has its profound history and realistic background.This notion includes four layers such as concept,rule of law,the concept of rule of law and the concept of socialist rule of law as a whole;its characteristics really involve five aspects such as ruling the country by law,enforcing the law for the people,equality and justice,serving the overall interests of the country.Although those characteristics differ in viewpoint,status and function,they all centre upon the main core of socialist rule of law,correspond with one another and develop harmoniously with the longitude of concept and the latitude of socialist rule of law.
