Abstract
Objective To discuss the method and effects of phased teaching of junior college nursing students who was clinical praticed in general surgical departments.Methods Phased teaching was implemented in the 78 junior college nursing students practicing in the general surgical department in 2009,and the routine teaching method was conducted among the 67 junior college nursing students practicing in 2008.Results After implementing phased teaching,the scores of theory and practice tests and the satisfaction degree of the junior college nursing students to clinical teaching were significantly higher than before,the difference was statistically significant(P0.01).Conclusion Practice of the phased teaching method in general surgery departments can improve the teaching effect and the quality of clinical internship.
