Abstract
We calculated health resources allocative efficiency of 31 provinces in 2008 using DEAP 2.1 software.We explored the reasons of non-DEA valid from the perspectives of health resources output defect,surplus and medical skill level,and proposed to improve health resources allocative efficiency.
