An empirical analysis on China's high-technology industry innovation efficiency based on SFA

The paper applies SFA method to analyze China's High-Technology industry innovation efficiency.The study indicates,the innovation efficiency of China's High-Technology industry is improving;Electronic computer and related occupations has the highest innovation efficiency,the equipment manufacturing industry has the lowest innovation efficiency;The innovation output elasticity of research personnel is much lower than research fund.AS to effect factors,corporation quantity has a negative function indistinctively;Foreign-funded enterprises assets and industry profits have remarkable positive function.Therefore,in order to improve innovation efficiency,China's High-Technology industry should proceed institution innovation;promote industry concentration ratio;advance industry Openness properly.
