On the Reform of Health Reform

To first discuss the issue of how to evaluate the health reform in China, and point out that the issue of how to evaluate health reform apparently involve a fact judgement, but actually it is a value judgement, and list data to illustrate the unjust consequences the health reform caused. Secondly,to point out that from the beginning there is no ethical benchmarks for the health reform, and exlicate which ethical benchmarks should be used to evaluate health reform. Finally,to discuss the role which can be played by the market in health care, and suggest some recommendations for the reform of health reform.
