Abstract

The History of the Poem of the Qing Dynasty written by Yan Dichang is a piece of mind history describing sophisticated spirits of the poets in the Qing Dynasty. It not only explores the characters of arts of a number of poets, but also points out the division between the offices and the folks during the change of the poems in the Qing Dynasty. Meanwhile, It criticizes the hegemony coming from the royal groups under the leadship of the emperor. The sense of realization and appreciation of the beauty are shown from it. The book finds the poems' inside information presided with the background of the times and the individual suffering. Poems and histories are mutually proved in the book. The book dissects the characters looking deep as well as common with unique aspect. The eloboration has intense individual color. The genuine school reveals the level of the research into the poems of the Qing Dynasty of the currentary.
