Abstract

Port is an important component of modern logistics, with the rapid economic development, more and more intense competition between ports. It's an important issue to find a suitable strategy in the development of port logistics port to win the competition. The article use the method of SWOT to analyse Shanghai port, pointing out some problems currently. combined the current development with Shanghai port logistics, put forward some suggestions and strategy on how to carry on the modern logistics services.
