Abstract

Network has an influence not only on educational process as a technological factor, but also on interpersonal relationships as a social factor. It brings about a deep and overall reform in the field of education. This paper is to explore the function of network education reform on the traditional relationship between the teacher and students according to the features of network. It is believed that network has changed connotations of the original concepts of teacherand student, and that the sources of power and authority are reconstructed so that the interpersonal communication between the teacher and students tend to be more democratic and the conduct of either the teacher or students are impelled to essential changes.
