Abstract
The development of twinning induced plasticity(TWIP) steel was summarized.The mechanism of twinning induced plasticity,relationship between stacking fault energy(SFE) and TWIP effects,heat treatment processes and the mechanical properties of TWIP steel were emphatically introduced.
