Abstract
Chi Zijian’s novels can be classified into two types: hometown novels and non-hometown novels.Her hometown novels take a significant position in all of her works,which shows the achievements and the artistic characteristics of her works.All of her novels show 3 aspects of the civilization nature: on the point of the psychology,her novels are from the origin of the human spirit;on the point of aesthetic,the novels express the writer's eagerness for the perfect;on the point of the civilization affection,the novels express the estrangement of the metropolitan civilization of the writer.
