Abstract

This article focuses on the structure of Intelligent Transportation System(ITS) simulation system based on high-level architecture(HLA),which is the methodology of hierarchical modular modeling and distributed simulation.The shortages of those known ITS simulation systems are researched and the point of view that ITS simulation system will inevitably evolve into the distributed simulation system is expounded.A kind of ITS simulation system's prototype using HLA is presented.
