SPATIAL DIFFERENCE OF ECONOMICAL DEVELOPMENT LEVEL AMONG COUNTY REGIONS AND SUPPORTING TO DEVELOP DEPRESSED AREA IN HUNAN PROVINCE

The spatial difference of economical development level among county regions is very evident, as a whole, there are trends of decrease from east to west and decrease as altitude rising. In order to study quantificationally, the paper selects 8 indexes such as per capita GDP, per capita net income of rural households, urbanization level, and so on. Though analysescc of quantity-fig we can divide the all 88 counties into three types, i.e. advanced counties, including 30 counties such as Wangcheng county, middle counties, including 24 counties such as Huarong county, and depressed counties, including 34 counties such as Xinhua county. Emphases depressed regions of assistance are Zhang jia-jie, Shaoyang, Xiangxi, and Huaihua to amount and overcast rate of depressed counties.
