Abstract
In this paper, my company F2000 metal roof partsthe lower part of the surface cracking defects flange,analysis of flanging deformation zone and the reasons for cracking,the issue of process improvement and mold repair program.At last,the validity of the analysis and effectiveness of the die repairing schemes were verified by the field production.
