Objective:To study the design、application、Quality control of Picture Archiving and Communication Systems.Advance the level for radiodiagnosis and optimize the flow of work for Department of radiology.Methods:Review and analyse the design、application、quality control of PACS for department of radiology.Results:The quality of radiograph have been evidence upgrade.The quality and standardization of clinic report have been evidence enhance.working flow evident increased.Conclusion:Radiology digitization and application of PACS is revolution for Department of radiology.extensive expansibility and basal configure,progressive expansion is a practical way for image digitization of Department of radiology.digitized radiology can optimize the flow of work、advance level of servings for doctor and elevate degree of satisfaction for patient.
