Abstract

To correctly analyse the features of property service contract is of great significance to clarify the legal relationship in the property management and regulate the behavior of the parties in the property management.The property service contract is a typical civil contract.As a new kind of service contract,it belongs to the unnamed contract and special-formed contract in the Contract Law.
