A Report on the Investigation into the Private Higher Education in Shanxi Province

Abstract

This article presents the foundation, development and perfection of the private higher education in Shanxi Province, and analyzes the reasons for it. Based on this, it sums up the great successes the province has scored in this field.. Finally, it offers some suggestions for further innovation and development of Shanxi's civilian run higher education.
