Abstract
The simulation of the majority sinusoidal pulse-width modulation(SPWM) waveform is implemented in analog mode at present. For convenience of SPWM waveform simulation in digital control system,a versatile simulation model implemented with pure digit for SPWM wave is developed in PSIM simulation environment based on the generation mechanism of SPWM waveform.By the model, the bipolar SPWM waveform can be simulated arbitrarily at any different carrier frequency, modulating frequency, dead time and modulation ratio.taking the analysis of common dead-time effect in FB DC-AC circuit for example,a simulation circuit built with this model is utilized for analysis. The simulation results show the correctness and rationality of the model.
