Abstract
The effect of different nutriednt types on assimilative capacity to nitrogen and phosphate of a Rhodopseudomonas palustris strain was studied through single element and orthogonal experiments.The results showed that KH2PO4 was a notable factor affecting the assimilative capacity of this bacterium to nitrogen and phosphate.In condition of same fermented biomass,the assimilation efficiency of R.palustris for nitrogen and phosphate could raise up to 48.02% and 7.76% instead of 32.51% and 5.98% respectively,when the content of NH4Cl was 0.05 g/L,KH2PO4 was 1.40 g/L and yeast extracts was 1.00 g/L.
