Abstract

Songnan Gas Field was a new exploration area in Songliao Basin of SINOPEC. The CO2 content in the produced natural gas was high. In order to meet the quality requirement of gas sales,it was necessary to remove CO2 from the natural gas. This research focused on the natural gas decarbonization technologies. Comparison was conducted between three technologies,such as MDEA solution,membrane separation,and the mixture of the formers. The method provides the recommended decarbonization technology for Songnan Gas Field.
