Effect of Moxibustion and Acupressure on Shimen Therapy on Acute Urinary Retention after Orthopedic Surgery

Objective:To explore the clinical value of the roundabout moxibustion combined with point massage on Shimen therapy on acute urinary retention after orthopedic surgery.Methods:94 cases after orthopedic surgery patients with acute urinary retention were randomly divided into experimental and control groups in our hospital.The control group was given conventional induction urination,and the observation group was given moxibustion combined with point massage,observing the parameters of urodynamic,the function of bladder and clinical efficacy.Results:The independent urination time of the observation group was 24.2 1.7 min,5 cases had bladder dysfunction,the residual urine volume was(27.6±12.2)mL,the total effective rate was 95.7%,the independent urination time of the control group was(24.2±1.7)min,5 cases had bladder dysfunction,the residual urine volume was(27.6±12.2)mL,the total effective rate was 95.7%,there were significant differences between the two groups(P0.05).Conclusion:Moxibustion combined with acupressure Shimen can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of orthopedic surgery patients with acute urinary retention,and it has important clinical value.
