Abstract
Using the method of computer numeric calculation,the light intensity distributions of the Fabry-Perot multiple-beam interference experiment were simulated,and compared with the interference fringes of twin-beam interference of equal inclination,and analyze the influence of thin film reflectance on the wavelength resolution in the Fabry-Perot interference experiment.
