Abstract

Fetal in utero treatment includes medical treatment and surgical treatment. Fetal medical treatment includes two medication approaches: maternal body approach and amnion cavity approach. Surgical treatment includes in utero transfusion, in utero transplantation, drainage of fetal effusion, fetoscopic surgery, opened fetal surgery and the ex utero intrapartum treatment. This article summarized fetal in utero treatment.
