This paper try to build a new fusion of logistics supply chain system of electronic commerce logistics and the third party pharmaceutical industry based on the development situation and characteristics of pharmaceutical logistics and the problems in the circulation of pharmaceutical industry in China at present by analysis of medical logistics industry operation pattern.
