Abstract
Leaf epidermis cell of five varieties in Bermuda grass planted in vegetation concrete were observed. The length and width of the long cell, short cell and the stoma, the ratio of stoma length/width and the stoma density were compared. The results showed that long cell of 'Nanjing' bermudagrass was the longest, but the width was the shortest, the length, width and the density of stoma were the largest, but 'Jacpot' was the smallest, the difference between them were obviously significant. The length and width of short cell of 'Jacpot' and '040459/680' were the largest. And there were no significant differences in the ratio of stoma length to width among five varieties.
