On Strategies of Constructing and Developing Modern Logistic Center in Beijing

The author points out that,constructing and developing modern logistic center in Beijing is the requirement of promoting the regional economic cooperation and development;it is the requirement of the associated development of manufacturing industry;it is also the requirement of integrating logistic resources.At present,we have already made great achievements in the development of industrial clusters and logistic industry in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,which has laid solid foundation for the construction of large logistic park in Beijing and the integration of resources in the surrounding areas.There are two stages in constructing modern logistic center in Beijing,that is the stage one of logistic infrastructure and supporting service providers and the stage two of the service providers of logistic resource integration and logistic service providers.To continually making innovation in the function of service,exploring more new businesses with the potential of value-added,promoting the transformation and upgrading of profit-making pattern and realizing the innovation of the value-added logistic service pattern for the customers' dynamic requirement,Beijing modern logistic center should make innovation in the function of international trade,storage and distribution management,develop logistic financing service and develop logistic consulting and E-commerce service.
