Abstract

To research the effect of the urea levels on ammoniated straw,the experiment adopted the nylon bags method to determine the digestibility of nutrient of ammoniated and non-ammoniated straw in the rumen of goats in 48h.The level of urea are 2.0%、4.5%、7.0%DM.The results showed that the degradability of dry matter(DM),neutral detergent fiber(NDF), and acid detergent fiber(ADF)of ammoniated straw in rumen in 48h was higher than that of untreated straw,especially the degradability at the level of 4.5% was the highest,having significant difference(p0.05).
