From Deregulation to Regulatory Quality:the New Development of Regulation Reform in OECD countries

Regulation reform in OECD countries has undergone great changes.In the last century the reform gave first place to deregulation, but in early1990s reregulaiton came back , then in the middle of 1990s, regulation reform changed direction to improve regulatory quality, Many OECD countries have setup basic framework, such as rules standard tools, to improve regulatory quality.So far, this kind of reform has achieved good results.
