Abstract

The orientation is so important that every institution can not dodge it. In fact, the research on orientation of local key universities and colleges drops behind the practice operation quite a lot. From the view of history and reality, the orientation of this particular community is discussed. Some new views like enhancing publicity, considering both teaching and research, reinforcing multi-discipline,and cultivating own characteristics are tackled in this paper.
