The filtering bleb function disability and treatment after glaucoma surgery.

Objective To review the filtering bleb function dis-ability and treatment after glaucoma surgery.Methods 67 cases(89 eyes) from January 2002 to December 2003 after glaucoma filtration surgery were retrospectively reviewed.(Results)Bleb leak occurred in 1 eye,filtering bleb scarring occurred in 4 eyes,infected bleb occurred in 9 eyes.Intraocular pressure were controlled to normal level with medication,ocular massage and conjunctival stick in all eyes.Conclusion Serious results would be avoided if treated promptly and precisely by the function hinder of filtering bleb after glaucoma surgery.
