Abstract
Private Companies are playing a more and more important role in China's foreign trade. Based on the analysis of private companies' competitiveness of products and marketing, and the obstacles such as export organizing, foreign trade person with ability, labor force and government policies, this paper concludes that we should optimize the structure of property right and products to facilitate the development of foreign trade. At the same time the government needs to establish the systems of export facility and financial supporting.
