Abstract

Nationality is formed in history and is a stable people community. National problems are not only one part of the social problems, but also a social phenomenon that has substantial content. Marxism has constantly attached importance to the national problems. The regional national autonomy is the basic policy that could solve Chinese national problems. Besides, it is a basic national policy in New China. We have to carry out the basic principle of the regional national autonomy.
