Abstract
D.viridis which grow under the extreme halotolerant surroundings have special biological characteristic.They have certain applied value and developing prospect. In this paper,the growing conditions of the extreme halotolerant D.viridis are mainly studied,which includes: carbon source,salinity,alimentary salt and pH on the culture medium. The artificial culturing technology of extreme halotolerant D.viridis is discussed on the base of the above contents.
