Chinese community policing is a hot problem that public security organs and police academic circles of the whole country in China are interested in.In china,community policing has became a major trend of the police service.Chinese community policing is not only a kind of policing model or policing means,but a kind of policing idea and philosophy.The incorporation of fighting,controlling and preventing crimes is the concrete application of combining theories of community policing and local practices,is the enlarged community policing.From March 2002,we have begun to construct the community police service,which is pretty different from the traditional police service.The community police service is popular in our country and obtains great social achievements.In China, every place has created special operating model of community policing according to its special situation.However, there are still many problems in it,which affect its reform and development.
