Abstract

Comparing with traditional cost management,focuses of moden cost management has transformed from manufacturing cost to life cycle cost,which make cost management to be more complete.There are some innovations in modern cost management in terms of idea,guidance,strategy and cost control.Modern cost management brings china with some implicetion,namely,substance over from,paying more attention to talent cultivation and management of period cost,and exploring new mode of cost management with chinese characteristics.4refs.
