Activity of five plant extracts against nematode

Abstract

The bio-toxicity of various plant extracts against nematodes and their nematicidal activities with different extracting solvents,were determined and compared.The results showed that there were distinctive differences against nematodes.The water extracts of Osmanthus fragrans Lour and Magnolia grandiflora L.had the killing rates of(74.07%) and 54.75%,and the relationship between nematicidal activities and acting time was analysed.
