Abstract

Using straw powder and wheat bran as raw material, the influence of the ratio of straw flour to wheat bran, the ratio of solid-liquid,initial pH value, nitrogen source and concentration, fermentation temperature and time on cellulose production by solid-state fermentation of Trichoderma viride were studied in this paper. The optimal fermentation conditions were obtained as follows: the ratio of straw flour to wheat bran 15∶5,the ratio of solid-water l∶5,initial pH value 6.0,urea concentration 0.25%,fermentation temperature 28℃ and fermentation time 72h,Under these conditions, the highest enzyme production was obtained. The filter paper activity and endonuclease activity were increased by 121% and 72.6% compared with those before optimization, respectively. The results could provide some reference for industrialized production of cellulase with high efficiency and low cost.
