Abstract
The construction of underground structure of East China Power Grid Dispatching Center Building(Sea Light Building)adopted an underground diaphragm with two walls,and using top-down construction technology.In the construction scheme optimization,more targeted measures have been adopted to solve the construction technology,construction process etc.many special problems,overcome the influence of many factors,to ensure the construction quality of underground diaphragm and the structure function,so as to achieve good results.Finally,more comprehensive summary of a series of technical measures of key technology and their applications is made.
