Abstract

Based on the analysis of the varied existing patterns of morality evaluation, the paper attempts to put forward a new formula of morality evaluation, which contains motives, consequences, environmental factors and the influence of the umpire ( the individual who does the evaluation) . According to the formula, most of the moral phenomena(especially those that are still in dispute and always bring us confusion) can be evaluated both qualitatively and quantitatively, especially those that are still in dispute and always bring us confusion.
