Abstract
Taking pepper '12-16','Sandaojin','12-1','12-19' as materials,their resistance to phytophthora blight were rapidly identified by using 4 molecular markers related to resistance genes and field surveys.The results showed that phytophthora blight resistance specificity band could be amplified from hot pepper materials,namely'12-16'.The other 3 hot pepper materials,'Sandaojin','12-1',and '12-19',with no specificity band found,were regarded as susceptible materials.Only one pair of primers of the 4 pairs of primers reported was stable repeated.
