Clinical value on hepatic pedicle combined with right hepatic vein occlusion in hepatocellular carcinoma resection

Objective:To investigate the hepatic pedicle combined with right hepatic vein occlusion in hepatocellular carcinoma resection in the clinical value,reduces mortality in patients with.Methods:In our hospital,120 cases of massive hepatocarcinoma patients,which could be divided into the experimental group and the control group,patients in the control group received routine treatment,the experimental group underwent hepatic pedicle combined with right hepatic vein occlusion therapy,compared the two groups of patients with clinical efficacy.Results:In patients with intraoperative blood transfusion cases,intraoperative bleeding,operation time and hepatic blood flow occlusion time and other clinical indices were significantly higher than that of the control group patients,two patients clinical curative effect contrast statistical differences(P 0.05).Conclusion:The clinical results of visible,in massive hepatocellular carcinoma resection,hepatic pedicle combined application of right hepatic vein occlusion should be with satisfactory clinical curative effect,so the value of clinical application of high.
