Research on the Characteristic、Reason and Guidance of University Students' Occupation Value Orientation in New Era

University students' occupation is related to personal future and the stability of social development.Under the background of globalization,people's ideology、value orientation and behaviors are changed,and the occupation of university students are also changed greatly in the new era.This paper is analyzed the occupation value orientation; and combined with the social policy、the market economy situation、enterprises employing demand and university students' characteristics,and make the unity of their value orientation and social leading values to promote development.
