118 cases of clinical features and Etiology of neonatal scleredema

Objective To investigate the clinical features of neonatal scleredema and etiology.Methods From January 1999 to December 2008 the Court treated the 118 cases of neonatal scleredema on gestational age,weight,at birth,the clinical features and prognosis were retrospectively analyzed,and the etiology of conduct before and after the five Comparative analysis of the year.Results Infection,perinatal asphyxia,premature birth is more common neonatal scleredema pathogenic factors.Conclusion Strengthen the pathology of neonatal treatment and perinatal care,early prevention of infection,improve the microcirculation oxygen supply can reduce the incidence of neonatal scleredema and improve their prognosis.
